Welcome to VIP Sports Ride ATL. We’re glad to have you ride with us. These Terms of Service explain how our bookings, payments, cancellations, and services work. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the terms listed below.

The on-time service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. Any changes to pickup time, pickup address, destination, or vehicle type may void the guarantee. Pickup details must be accurate, and the requested vehicle must match the actual passenger and luggage requirements.

General Terms

Bookings & Availability

• Our transportation services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially for game days, concerts, and sold-out events.

Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
• Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees.

Hourly Service & Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, Sprinter vans, and similar vehicles.
• Some specialty vehicles, peak dates, or major events may require longer minimum bookings.
• After the minimum time, billing is calculated in full-hour increments.
• Services extending past the booked time will be rounded up to the next full hour.
• A late-night surcharge of $25 to $50 applies for services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m.

Holiday & Long-Distance Travel

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our garage may include additional mileage and travel-time charges.
• Holiday rates may apply during major events, peak seasons, and national holidays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfer cancellations require at least 4 hours’ notice.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Hourly Rentals & Event Transportation

• Cancellations made within 30 business days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 15 business days will be charged the full service amount.
• All bookings for proms, concerts, stadium events, museums, and major sports tournaments are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

• All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by VIP Sports Ride ATL.
• Drivers are not authorized to accept changes or cancellations directly.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

• Eating and smoking are not permitted in any vehicle.
• Smoking will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
• Sickness requiring professional cleaning will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops

Airport Pickup Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for residential, hotel, and office pickups.
• 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic airport arrivals.
• 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international airport arrivals.

Additional Stops

• Each additional stop within a reasonable distance is charged at $25.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communication through our website or other platforms, you agree to receive text messages from VIP Sports Ride ATL. These messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and billing notifications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to opt out.

Safety & Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Liability

• VIP Sports Ride ATL is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen conditions.
• If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to return found items.

Final Agreement

By using VIP Sports Ride ATL, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of trip completion. Thank you for choosing VIP Sports Ride ATL. We appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you.
